Is there a brush-pen type eyeliner with a matte finish and absolutely no shine?

Liquid eyeliners have that distinctive shiny look, you know? While newer products have lost much of that shine, I still find it hard to find one that is completely matte—though I guess you could say it has a slight sheen. I have gaps in my eyelashes, and even a little bit of shine makes them stand out, so I only use eyeliners without any gloss or shimmer. I used to love Kate Super Sharp Liner for a long time because it applied with a matte finish that blended in like ink on rice paper. However, with each renewal, the colors became too dark and it didn't feel the same as before, so I switched back to pencil eyeliners and am currently using Clio Gelpresso. Even though it's a gel pencil, it doesn't smudge easily and I like the color, but I find it inconvenient to draw the wing compared to a brush pen type, and I have to be more careful when applying it. So, I'm thinking of buying a brush pen eyeliner again. If you know of any matte brush pen eyeliners that blend seamlessly into the skin, please recommend them. I'd also prefer a natural black rather than something that looks artificially pitch black.
