Are there any cost-effective eyeliners that are good for drawing thin lines?

I use eyeliner almost every day, but since it dries out or smudges quickly, I have to switch products often, so finding a cost-effective eyeliner is a big concern for me.

In particular, I prefer thin lines that define the eyes rather than thick ones, so I like liquid products that draw a slender line.

However, some brushes were too thick so the lines smudged, and others dried too quickly so the lines didn't come out smooth.

Do you happen to have any recommendations for a cost-effective eyeliner like mine that meets these criteria: a liquid type that applies thinly and cleanly, smudges minimally and has good staying power, and is easy to wash off?

This is the eyeliner I am currently using. It isn't a branded product, but I am very satisfied with it for its value for money. Since there are so many products available, I am curious to know what other affordable eyeliners Unpa members would recommend.
