Please recommend a waterproof eyeliner that doesn't smudge even with sweat!!

I tend to sweat and have a lot of oil on my face.

Even when I try using waterproof products, they break down due to sweat and oil.

In the end, the eyeliner under my eyes smudged completely... ㅠㅠ So I'm worried.

I have tried Daiso products and regular road shop products, but

It kept spreading, so I ended up looking just like someone who had been crying.
