Do neck wrinkles really not go away once they form?

When I see celebrities on TV

My neck wrinkles came and went.

I was wondering if it's only possible through a procedure.

It's hard to smooth out wrinkles once they've formed, isn't it?

They say neck wrinkles are your true age.

I want to get rid of the neck wrinkles I currently have without any procedures.

I'm scared of the procedure.
