Berry Hop Vital Eye Cream

I bought this eye cream because the advertisement looked so convincing.

I bought this because the reviews were so good... I wonder if it just doesn't work for me, or if my expectations were too high. Far from giving me volume, the cream keeps getting into my eyes, making everything blurry, and even after using up two tubes, I haven't felt anything at all. It wasn't cheap either; am I the only one experiencing this? I never want to buy this again.
