What do you use to draw your eyebrows?

I really envy people who have thick eyebrows and only need to groom them.
People with sparse eyebrows cherish every single strand as they try to make their non-existent eyebrows look colored... lol
Lately, watching videos on YouTube and such, eyeshadow or powder brows...
