They say it provides it. It seems to revitalize the skin with black tea ingredients containing theabronine and help with anti-aging as well.

The texture appears slightly sticky (viscous), but when dropped onto the face, it flows smoothly and provides good moisturizing power.

It has a viscous texture so it might feel heavy, but it absorbs well, so I was able to use it without any sticky feeling.

It is good to apply in the morning and evening, but for mornings when you need to put on makeup
