A famous but very drying essence

This is Innisfree Black Tea Youth Enhancing Treatment Essence. I purchased it because there were many positive reviews and star ratings.

I was intrigued by the reviews stating that it helps increase hydration, improve transparency, and provide antioxidant care immediately after use. However, even applying it twice doesn't provide enough moisture. I bought the large size because of the good reviews, but it doesn't absorb well, and I am disappointed when compared to Innisfree Seed Serum. It doesn't feel moisturizing enough to use in the winter. It doesn't provide much hydration for me compared to the advertising hype. It is thinner than using a regular toner. It feels like it sits on the surface a bit and is somewhat sticky. I bought it a year ago, and there is still plenty left. I was looking for a highly moisturizing essence, so that is where I am disappointed.
