As the weather gets colder these days, even those with dehydrated oily skin need moisture, and this is the perfect product to use in such times.

It's called Essence-in-Lotion, but the description says it's a moisture booster.

Simply put, it's like a cream toner, but it has more moisture and less oil than a cream toner.

Cream toners are too oily, so I used them to pat on after applying moisturizer to create a moisture coating. However, if you use this after applying a generous amount of hydrating toner, it provides just the right amount of moisture and hydration!
