This is Missha's Artemisia Soothing Essence. It has completed skin irritation testing and captures the vitality of twice-naturally fermented Artemisia extract exposed to sea breezes. It is an essence that soothes sensitive skin and delivers hydration by fully delivering clear and fresh moisture.

The scent is like mugwort, so I think it might be hit or miss for some. I'm not sensitive to it, so I just use it.

It is not sticky, so it leaves your face feeling light and moisturized after washing.
