Artistry Studio Precious tackles inner dryness

I use a light toner in the summer because my skin is oily, but during the changing seasons like now, I experience internal dryness, so I look for a toner with a bit of oil. That is why I use the Artistry Studio Precious Toner from this transitional season through winter.

I bought it as a toner, but since it is oily, I use it as an essence as well.
Usually, there is a blue object (?) at the bottom of the toner cartridge, and it looks pretty when it drops out in small droplets when you shake it. Haha.

They say this is a single capsule oil condensed inside the water layer.
This ingredient seems to help relieve my inner dryness. After applying it, my face looks radiant and moisturized.
