I recommend Manyo Factory Galactomyces Niacin Essence.

I didn't used to use essence, but after hearing good things about Manyo Factory products, I started trying them out, and it has become a staple. Even though I have oily skin, I used to suffer from severe inner dryness, but since using this, I don't think I've ever felt that dryness. As long as it doesn't get in my eyes, haha. It's not irritating either, so I recommend it. As for the whitening effect, I'm not sure yet.
