How do you manage freckles and blemishes?

One day, I suddenly felt like my freckles and blemishes had gotten much darker, so I looked in the mirror and was taken aback. I already had a few, but recently, they don't get covered even with makeup and look much more prominent. Wondering, "Why is this happening?", I reviewed my daily habits one by one, and it turned out there was a reason.
First of all, not using proper sunscreen was a major factor. I just applied it haphazardly once and called it a day, but because I was constantly exposed while out, the hyperpigmentation actually got darker. And not cleansing properly also played a part…
If makeup residue remains, my skin tone becomes dull and blemishes stand out more.
So I completely changed my routine.
The reason my freckles and blemishes suddenly darkened… I lived without knowing this. I applied sunscreen 30 minutes before going out and reapplied it periodically. When I got home, I cleansed thoroughly immediately and consistently applied whitening products. I reduced harsh peeling treatments and instead focused on moisturizing to restore my skin's condition first.
