Is it okay to use a toner pack every day?

I'm wondering if it's okay to use ampoules every day since they are said to be highly nourishing. I'm also worried that using them too often might make my skin sensitive or cause breakouts 🤔 I would especially like to know how often I should use them, especially for dry skin.
I am also confused about the order of application and the appropriate amount of ampoule. I am wondering if it is okay to apply it immediately after toner, and how many drops are suitable before cream.
I would also like recommendations for a gentle moisturizing ampoule that dry skin can use every day without any burden 💙 I would prefer a product that isn't too scented and is low-irritation!
