How should I use retinol?

I thought retirol products were unconditionally good, so I was using them generously.

I am a little worried about this.

I am curious about which products can be used with retinol and which should not. I have heard that using them with ingredients like Vitamin C, AHA, or BHA can cause severe irritation; is this true?

Please also tell me the order of use, precautions, and how beginners can use it safely.
