What kind of sunscreen is good for people who sweat a lot?
Hello. I am a male office worker.
I haven't really paid much attention to skincare in the past. I used to just wash my face and apply whatever I could grab, but now that I'm at an age where I feel like I can't do that anymore... and skincare is essential, too...
I'm worried because it seems like my blemishes have increased. I'm thinking of starting to take care of my skin now, but everyone says that applying sunscreen is a must all year round.
I am wondering if I need to make sure to apply sunscreen even in winter like this. The sun doesn't look very hot, so I feel like I could skip it, but then again, some people say that even indoor lighting can damage the skin, so I'm confused.
When I tried using it a few times before, my face turned too white and I didn't like the sticky feeling. What kind of sunscreen would be suitable for someone who sweats a lot?
Are there any lightweight and suitable sunscreen products for men who sweat a lot? Also, I'm not sure how much to apply during the winter.

- 02CommentsI also suffered from small pimples for a while. They can appear if your oil-water balance is off or your skin becomes dry. First of all, it is important to moisturize thoroughly. My skin improved after using Wellage ampoules and Estra products. I also recommend Easydew cream.861126.10.25
- 03CommentsI'm sorry to hear that the Cicaplast Balm didn't suit you. Since your skin becomes sensitive after a procedure, even products that usually work well can be irritating. Please stop using it for now and try using a moisturizer with simple ingredients first, gradually. Personally, I think it would be a good idea to start by testing a small amount of a moisturizing product containing ceramide, such as Estra Atobarrier 365 Cream.782126.10.23
