I am wondering if I absolutely have to use essence every day. There are times when I feel that toner and cream alone are insufficient for hydration or skin care, but I am not sure what role essence plays in this step. I would like to know if it is okay to use it daily depending on skin type, age, and the season, or if it is better to use it intermittently depending on my skin condition. Also, if I do use essence, I would like to know whether it is more effective to use it in the morning or evening, and if it is okay to use different types of essence together.
