I'm curious about how to manage milia.
Hi! I'm so stressed out these days because of my tiny pimples.
I got some under my eyes and next to my nose. I tried squeezing them once, and while some yellow stuff seemed to pop out, it didn't all come out and remained in its current state. I stopped squeezing them because I was worried about scarring. However, I'm concerned that if I leave these tiny bumps alone, they might harden like age spots. I've been applying Cica Plast Balm because I heard it's good for repairing damage, but it doesn't seem to be improving.
As a man, I don't know much about cosmetics, so please recommend any products or routines that have helped you manage small bumps! I would love to hear reviews of any effective products or skincare routines you have used. Advice from those with experience with dermatological procedures is also welcome.

- 02CommentsI'm sorry to hear that the Cicaplast Balm didn't suit you. Since your skin becomes sensitive after a procedure, even products that usually work well can be irritating. Please stop using it for now and try using a moisturizer with simple ingredients first, gradually. Personally, I think it would be a good idea to start by testing a small amount of a moisturizing product containing ceramide, such as Estra Atobarrier 365 Cream.782126.10.23

- 01CommentsI also suffered from small pimples for a while. They can appear if your oil-water balance is off or your skin becomes dry. First of all, it is important to moisturize thoroughly. My skin improved after using Wellage ampoules and Estra products. I also recommend Easydew cream.861126.10.25
