It's an ampoule used for hydration.

I recommend this to oily skin because it is not greasy.

It's good for dry skin, but wouldn't the moisture last a long time?

It is moisturizing and refreshing. It is also good as a toner substitute.

It absorbs quickly.

If I had to point out a downside, I find the dropper inconvenient to use, and I don't think it's very hygienic.
