Does anti-aging serum have an effect on sagging?

I have combination skin; it is oily and dry at the same time, and tends to be sensitive.

I have sensitive skin and tend to have redness, but since I don't use a lot of cosmetics, I feel a bit remorseful.

My biggest concern these days is my sagging skin. It has lost elasticity, and the downward sagging of my face makes me look older, which is a worry.

It seems like applying cosmetics helps a little with skin texture, but I don't think it has much effect on elasticity or sagging.

I want to improve my skin with cosmetics rather than dermatological procedures, but it is difficult.

The IOPE Stem 3 Ampoule I am currently using is a functional cosmetic for wrinkles and brightening; it is an intensive anti-aging ampoule that restores elasticity, radiance, and skin texture. I have been using it because it seems to suit me well, but while the texture is fine, it feels slightly lacking for elasticity and sagging.

I'm not sure if a face mask would be better, but please recommend some cosmetics that are good for sagging.
