Please recommend some good basic skincare products for unsightly whiteheads on the butterfly zone.

Now that the seasons are changing, my skin feels drier, and I seem to be getting a breakout or two.

One of my skin concerns is whiteheads.

Perhaps due to the changing weather during the transitional season, my skin texture feels rough and my whiteheads seem to be more prominent.

I feel like there are whiteheads stuck in the butterfly zone and on the bridge of my nose.

 

 

Because of whiteheads, I alternate between using cleansing oil and cleansing lotion when cleansing.
I'm using this cleansing lotion because I heard it's gentle on the skin and good for whiteheads and blackheads when you roll it on.

It feels gentle and less irritating to the skin when cleansing, and it has good cleansing power, but I'm not sure if it is particularly helpful for whiteheads.

The cleansing oil works well when I roll it on and emulsify, but I'm not really sure about its effectiveness on whiteheads.

 

 

And I am using a gentle exfoliating product as a toner.

I heard that exfoliation is important for whiteheads and blackheads, so I have been using gentle toners to wipe or pat on my skin. While my skin texture feels a bit more refined, I don't really notice any significant effect on the whiteheads and blackheads.

 

 

When I exfoliate, I use products with mild ingredients and a gentle exfoliator. I don't do it often, about 1-2 times every two weeks, and I also use a pore pack that is said to be good for whiteheads and blackheads.

Still, I think the effect of Whitehead is minimal.

I feel like my skin texture is rougher because of the whiteheads.

Even when I apply makeup, because of whiteheads, the makeup doesn't adhere well and there are parts where it looks a bit patchy or cakey.
