Skincare recommendations for enlarged pores

I have dry skin and tend not to get breakouts easily.
My concern is that my pores were practically invisible to begin with, but perhaps because it's summer, they become very visible when I stretch my face.
I've heard that once pores enlarge, they can't be shrunk. Has anyone seen results using pore ampoules? Please recommend one that worked for you.
My pores have gotten bigger, so I'm getting sebum on my cheeks and it's a mess... If I use a pore pack and pore cream as part of a basic skincare set, will my pores definitely shrink? Please tell me everything I can do for pore care.
I want to get baby skin again... Please help me
