I'd like to know more about how to shrink pores.
I've always been curious about how to shrink pores.
Since my skin is dry, it is less of an issue in the summer, but as soon as the weather starts to cool down, I begin to get dead skin cells.
I looked it up, and apparently, the first step to shrinking pores is exfoliation.
They say that if dead skin cells build up, sebum cannot escape, causing pores to gradually enlarge.
They say exfoliation is the basic method for shrinking pores.
They say staying hydrated is important too.
I've been diligently applying moisturizing cream and the like because I was told that moisture shouldn't be lost.
Secondly, they say maintaining a cold temperature is important.
They say that using a cold pack or cooling mask after washing your face improves elasticity and makes pores less visible.
Exposure to UV rays is also said to be a cause of enlarged pores.
So I'm applying sunscreen even more diligently.
I would like to know if there are any other ways to shrink pores besides this.
This is the sunscreen I use.
