Morning exercise on an empty stomach and exercise after dinner
I looked into the differences and the best times to exercise.
morning exercise
Morning exercise sends blood to every corner of our body.
During this process, metabolism is activated, better distributing oxygen and necessary nutrients throughout the body, allowing you to start the day energetically. The increased metabolism leads to greater calorie expenditure, utilizing stored energy sources and making it more effective for reducing body fat.
If your goal is quick weight loss, doing cardio on an empty stomach in the morning would be more effective.
Evening workout
If your goal is to increase muscle mass, working out in the evening is more advantageous.
You can enhance the effectiveness of your workout by exercising after 7 PM, when adrenocortical hormones and thyroid-stimulating hormones increase. Since exercising on an empty stomach before an evening workout can lead to low blood sugar and reduced concentration, increasing the risk of injury, it is recommended to have a light meal. Additionally, consuming sufficient protein within 30 minutes of finishing your workout can double the benefits of strength training.
It turned out that it wasn't necessarily strength training.
Moderate aerobic exercise, such as walking, cycling, and taking walks, is good for blood sugar control and helps with restful sleep.
I don't necessarily have a weight loss goal, but since it's good to do, morning exercise would probably be a better fit.
I think you should just find a time slot that suits your individual goals and direction.
And what is more important than that is consistency.
Because consistency is important.
You worked hard exercising again today.
