I exercised yesterday and today, splitting my workout between the early morning and the morning.

My goal is to walk 10 kilometers a day.

I am finishing about 6-7 kilograms.

The weather has gotten warmer, so it's nice for walking, but

My throat feels a bit sore because of the fine dust.

 

Please be careful not to catch a cold during the changing seasons.

    하루 10km 목표가 좀 먼 거리인데요 한 6km 정도는 저도 하고 있는데 날씨가 좋아져 충분히 가능하시겠어요
