Achieve 10,000 steps on Wednesday

After going to the post office, I kept walking around in circles at home, so I've gone over 10,000 steps.

I'm trying not to lie down, but it's so hard.

I need to stay alert.

If I lose my focus, I find myself trying to lie down on the sofa before I know it. lol
