Achieved 10,000 steps on Tuesday

I walked 10,000 steps at the gym again today.

At first, I set the speed to 5.0, but I gradually increased it, and today I walked at 5.7.

My legs hurt a bit, but I think I need to get used to this speed to start sweating.
