This is a record of my workouts for 4 days.
It has gotten really cold lately, so at dawn
It's a bit hard to get up.
These days, I exercise about six kilometers by running and walking.
When the kids are on vacation, I have a little more free time in the mornings, so
I plan to run 10 kilometers.
The weekend is already over.
