Today is cardio day~

Slow running on the treadmill and

I walked on an incline 10.

 

Model Jang Yoon-ju says strength training is important.

They said I definitely need to do cardio as well.

For me, too, if I don't do cardio, my belly fat really increases.

It's a feeling.

With Jang Yoon-ju's figure, it seems like she wouldn't need to exercise at all.

Even someone that slim works out really hard.
