잠을 잘 못자면 신체리듬이 깨져서 여러모로 안좋더라구요~ 오늘부터 질 좋은 수면 챙겨보아요~

Things like YouTube, Netflix, and stuff.
I guess I'll just have to endure today's fatigue 🥲😔

The fasting period is longer than I thought.
The good thing is that at least it is
