근력은 2칸이 좋군요 매일 한칸씩만 올랐는데 ㅎㅎ 하나 알아가네요 계단오르기 수고하셨어요
I climbed two steps up to the 10th floor, and one step up to the 7th floor.
It seems like 2 bars are better for strength, while 1 bar is better for cardio and aerobics.
I did both! I should walk more in my daily life!
