I passed out yesterday, so I feel great today😍

I did a 30-minute free swim last night and went to sleep at 9 o'clock haha.
Thanks to that, I didn't eat any late-night snacks and did intermittent fasting for 15 hours.
For breakfast, I only ate tofu, tomatoes, beets, and pistachios because I was worried they might weigh me down while swimming.
Walk briskly for 30 minutes and
Picking up a neighborhood walking spot
I just came back from my morning swimming class.
Let's do our best today as well.
