✔️My sleep has actually increased. Success in falling asleep before midnight!
It was past 7 PM when I had dinner yesterday, so I should try to finish before 7 PM today.
My main goal is to avoid late-night snacking rather than strictly adhering to intermittent fasting. My stomach keeps getting heartburn.
