My arms and legs are aching from not exercising.🤣

I haven't had time lately and I've been busy with work,

I guess I haven't exercised for about three weeks, including the holidays.

 

Since the swimming pool opened again yesterday...

I power-jogged to the swimming pool in the morning, and

Like a true beginner, I grabbed the kick pin and worked hard for an hour, but

 

My arms and legs are really stiff today.

But that was the amount of exercise I usually did every day.

I didn't even do that much........

I realized just how much my stamina had dropped over the past three weeks.

 

It seems jogging was the problem, not swimming.

I've been using a foam roller all day today.
