I was getting a bit bored with my usual workout routine, so I found this on YouTube. It's short and includes both cardio and strength training.
I followed along right away today.
It's only a short 10-minute strength workout, but wow, I'm sweating profusely; it's tough.
This is a version that even beginners can follow.
I think it's good to give it a try.
