새벽 시간에 운동하시는군요 일찍 일어나면 하루가 길어서 좋아요
Lately, I've moved my workout time to the early morning hours.
It was really hard at first, but as I got used to it
The days are getting longer, and I really like it.
I'm still a bit tired during the day, though.
I think it will get better after about a week of adjusting.
It's around 20°C in the morning these days, so it feels like autumn.
I had a great, refreshing workout.
