걷기운동 수고하셨습니다^^ 오늘 기분이 좋은게 날씨때문이었네요^^
It was cloudy in the morning, but it became really clear during the day.
It felt good and refreshing to go for a walk for the first time in a while.
Of course, I sweated, but it feels like summer is slowly passing by.
I completed climbing stairs, walking 10,000 steps, and strength training today as well.
