Today, somehow

I’m going to try to walk 10,000 steps today, no matter what.

Walking 10,000 steps was originally a daily routine, but

Lately, I only walk to and from work and don't really walk at all lol

I'm starting my 10,000-step walk again today!!!

Let's all keep up the good work with our walking exercises.

I need to lose at least a little weight for the rest of 2025.
