I didn't go to the gym today and followed along with a workout on YouTube at home. I was thinking of doing the 30-minute one, but since it's my first time, I was worried it might be too hard, so I went with the 20-minute one instead. Wow... I'm sweating profusely.
Still, following the workout all the way through and finishing the cool-down stretches makes me feel the best~~~
Wow, anyway, I'm seriously jealous of the Victoria's Syndrome body ㅠㅠ
