Lately, I've only been getting belly fat.
I'm becoming skinny fat.
They said it's because my muscle mass has decreased and my visceral fat has increased.
Even if I lose weight just by doing cardio (walking, running), my visceral fat levels don't decrease.

I guess I need to do a bit more strenuous cardio.
The diet consists of 16:8 intermittent fasting and
Exclude processed foods, beverages, alcohol, etc.
They told me to focus on a low-carb, high-protein diet.
