Since it was Saturday, I woke up a bit late and went to sleep around 7 o'clock. 👍
I had steamed vegetables for breakfast (+pork liver, not pictured)
Take iron supplements, vitamins, and lutein.
Now, let's do some stair climbing exercises!
I used a foam roller and rested yesterday.
