I've only tried slow jogging there.
I did it at a walking pace while monitoring my heart rate.
It feels strange seeing my heart rate shoot up even after just a little bit of running. It’s like a heart that has never exercised before🤣🤣
The difference between slow jogging and running is
It has speed, but I think the center of gravity is also subtly different.
Running strongly drives you to move forward, but slow jogging makes you straighten your back and place your center of gravity a bit further back.
I only did it for 10 minutes, but I sweated quite a bit.
This isn't really a workout to do in the sun. I stopped as soon as I got out of the shade. I plan to continue doing it again in the morning or evening.
