I power-walked six kilometers to the park yesterday and today.

The youngest is on vacation, and the eldest is starting tomorrow.

I am planning to move my workout to the early morning hours now.

 

Please be careful in the sweltering heat.

      저는 걷기 운동이 가장 좋은거 같아요
Running도 해 봤는데 무릎이 아파서 도중에 그만뒀어요 평생 다리 써야 하는데 욕심내지 않으려구요
