Eat 15g of nuts, Brazil nuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and perilla seeds.
I ate chicken breast. I felt like I hadn't been getting enough protein.
And I mixed 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into the drink.
It was raining like a mist, so I went out with an umbrella.
I did some grocery shopping and bought a converter adapter at Daiso as well.
I was originally supposed to have a snack around here, but
I'm going to have a glass of water and enjoy a delicious dinner!
I should try doing a few things that need to be done now.
