I warmed up on the stepper and climbed 68 flights of stairs.I use the stepper for my after-meal workout after breakfast.

My heart rate is only 100.

I came out to climb the stairs, considering it a warm-up.

 

Still, since I left after riding the stepper

It came out to be between 120 and 140 in Zone 2.

I went up 17 floors × 4 times from the first basement floor to the 16th floor.

68th floor!

 

As expected, since it is morning, the strain on my legs is light, and

I'm full of energy because I exercised after a meal.

I'm going to wash up now.
