공원 기구 운동과 계단 오르기 열심히 잘하셨네요. 16층까지 계단 오르기는 정말 힘드셨을 텐데 ~~ 응원합니다.
Embarrassingly, I couldn't even do 10 of these.
I can do up to 25 now!
My arms need to be able to support at least my own body weight.

I used the subway a lot today
The number of steps isn't very high.
I only climbed 16 flights of stairs!
I kept taking the elevator because I was sweating and feeling dizzy.
Things have gotten better lately, so it's time to give it another try!
