These days, even though I'm feeling lazy, I wake up late and go to the gym.
So, I intend to run for just 30 minutes, but it always ends up going over to 40 or 50 minutes.

If I do some arm strength training on top of that, an hour flies by.
Time is flying by
It gets fun once you get used to it.
