How do I manage underarm sweat?

It's so hot that the sweat on my philtrum and underarms is driving me crazy. I was doing fine for a while after getting those underarm sweat injections, but honestly, I'm curious why the sweat seems to come out somewhere else if it doesn't come out there. It does seem like forcibly stopping it is a problem, though.

If I wear a T-shirt, I really look like a middle-aged woman.

Only my armpits got wet, so I have to wear only white.

Aside from underarm sweat injections, I'm curious to know what other methods are available and how everyone else manages their underarms.

Driclor? I used that and it stung so much I almost died.

Please give me some maintenance tips.
