I tend to sweat a lot, so I'm really self-conscious about it in the summer. That's why applying deodorant is a must for me, and I use this stick instead of the spray. It lasts longer, and while I'm not sure about sweat suppression, it definitely doesn't smell!! Also, I like this product even more because it has a subtle powder scent.
If you use deodorant, give the stick type a try! I highly recommend it!
