My skin feels more comfortable since I reduced my use of a towel after washing my face.
In the past, I used to thoroughly dry my face with a towel immediately after washing it, but lately I've tried changing my method a little!
After washing my face, I tend to gently dry it with my hands until water is dripping, and then let it dry naturally without rubbing it with a towel.
And I am applying basic skincare products immediately while the skin is still slightly damp.
At first, I thought it would feel unpleasant, but actually, since I stopped rubbing my face with a towel multiple times, my skin felt less irritated.
Especially on days when I used to experience redness right after washing my face, I felt more comfortable than before, and the tightness of my skin seemed to have decreased a little.
Of course, individual differences may exist, but for me, simply reducing towel friction seems to have improved my skin condition, so I am consistently practicing this!
I used to find it a hassle having to replace towels frequently because I was worried about bacteria breeding, but I found myself worrying about that a little less now.
